Judge orders ex-Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort jailed until trial
A federal judge ordered former Trump campaign manager Paul Manafort to jail Friday, revoking his bail after prosecutors accused him and a business associate of tampering with witnesses.
Special counsel Robert Mueller’s office last week charged the pair with trying to influence the testimony of potential witnesses against the former campaign chief.
Mueller’s office asked the court to revoke Manafort’s bail package.
